Welcome to the district

Registration for new students can be done in person in the Main Office located at 1466 Cty. Rte. 29, Olmstedville, NY. Normal business hours are 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Hours will vary during summer and school vacation periods.

After the forms are completed, please call the Registrar's Office at 518-251-2000 ext. 410 to schedule an appointment.

Required documentation

Proof of Residency

Bring a minimum of two proofs of residence to your appointment. Must contain parent/guardian name, and district address dated within 30 days.

  • NYS Driver’s License
  • Gas/Electric Bill
  • Homeowner’s Insurance Policy
  • Lease
  • Renter’s Insurance
  • Cable TV Bill
  • School Tax Bill
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Auto Insurance
  • Voter Registration
  • Pay Stub (current)

PROOF OF STUDENT BIRTH

  • Birth Certificate
  • Valid Passport or Visa (if applicable)

Must present at least one grouping:

  • Student Birth Certificate AND parent photo ID
  • Court custody documents (if applicable) AND custodian’s photo ID
  • Guardianship documents (if applicable) AND guardian photo ID
